An Online Group for Lawyers with ADHD

The Focused Lawyer Coaching Group offers support, guidance, accountability, and connection to help you develop the systems and processes you need to get your work and life under control.

Each 3-month session is held 3 times per year:
Spring (February-April), Summer (June-August), and Fall (October-December).

The Focused Lawyer is a group coaching program designed in three parts:
Coaching Workshop

Group coaching workshops provide an opportunity to debrief, learn new skills, implement what you've learned, participate or observe laser coaching sessions, share your weekly intentions, and build accountability.

Virtual Co-Working Meetings

You'll participate in live group co-working meetings that take place daily Monday through Friday throughout the 3-month session.

Online Virtual Community

Stay on track with our private online group specifically for members of The Focused Lawyer to facilitate ongoing communication, connection, accountability, and support with daily check-ins and interactions with our Team Coaches.

When you join The Focused Lawyer Coaching Group, you get access to all three parts – Coaching Workshops, Virtual Co-Working Meetings, and the Online Virtual Community – for the 3-month session.

Because The Focused Lawyer Coaching Group is designed to maximize learning, development, and productivity, you must be able to commit to:

  • Joining live video meetings by Zoom for all Coaching Workshops and Co-Working Meetings (Coaching Workshops and Co-Working Meetings will not be recorded.)
  • Facilitating virtual co-working meetings
  • Engaging with other members and a Team Coach in the private online community
  • Sharing your daily plans and progress made every morning and evening by replying to daily check-ins
  • Being willing to get sh!t done!

It will meet for Coaching Workshops on Mondays at 12pm ET/9am PT and for Co-Working Meetings daily at 1:15pm ET/10:15am PT

Casey Dixon is intensely focused on building top-tier training, coaching, consulting, and advising experiences for high achievers with ADHD. She created Dixon Life Coaching in response to the grievous lack of understanding and quality services for an often overlooked population… exceptionally-smart, highly-educated, wickedly-talented, overstressed, overworked, overwhelmed, successful-on-the-outside adults with ADHD.

As a coach, Casey develops uses robust coaching models (such as her own performance model for high achievers with ADHD), coaching programs, courses, and intensives to help high achievers with ADHD get out of perpetual overwhelm and put themselves back in charge of their own lives. With unique programs for knowledge-based professionals who think for a living and have ADHD, Casey specializes in lawyers with ADHD, professors with ADHD, and other smarty pants high achievers struggling to keep their act together. After more than 15 years coaching ADHD clients, Casey knows a lot about high achievers who just happen to have ADHD, and her direct and pragmatic approach suits logical fast-thinking creatives. Casey meets her clients where they are and provides an expansive, safe, judgment-free space to explore what works and what doesn't while developing the tools to rein in their ADHD.

Casey founded Dixon Life Coaching in 2005, a natural progression after a 15-year career supporting students and adults with executive function challenges in schools and universities. With an international reputation for helping clients excel in authentic and innovative ways using ADHD-informed approaches, Casey is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and CCE-Global Board Certified Coach.
