 Workbook 
You'll receive your 160-page workbook, a valuable companion to the online course, promptly shipped to your address. Additionally, workbook pages can be printed or utilized as fillable PDFs for each lesson, enabling you to elevate your learning experience by externalizing your knowledge acquisition.

This module will give you the key to unlock your ADHD brain so you can do the things that you know how to do and intend to do. This module will offload everything from your worn-out ADHD brain and put it into the external world so you can follow through on the plans, routines, and systems you designed in Module 3. Lessons:

  • Lesson 3 – What Do You Need Routines For?

This module will focus on the role motivation plays in the ADHD brain. It will show you how to use three dopamine boosters to get yourself to do things when it's time to do them.Lessons:

This module is where you put it all together. It will show you how to stack tactics from each of the four rules (brain chemistry, design, externalization, and motivation) so you have an abundance of solutions to help you manage your ADHD. Lessons:

You can begin joining Accountability Calls as soon as you sign up. The Accountability Call schedule for each week will be emailed to your inbox.

Your Workbook will be shipped to your address.

You will be registered for the next session of the Accelerator Workshop. The specific dates for this session will be September 3, 10, 17, 24, October 1 & 8, 2024 at 12pm ET / 9am PT

If you are unable to attend the next session, please email us after you've submitted your order to request approval to join a future workshop. Accelerator workshops are held two to three times per year and run for 6 weeks. 
 This isn't a 'buy and be gone' type of course. We are there with you every step of the way!

Casey Dixon

Casey Dixon specializes in lawyers and professors with ADHD, and other smarty pants high achievers struggling to keep their act together. She created Dixon Life Coaching in 2005 in response to the grievous lack of understanding and quality services for an often overlooked population… exceptionally smart, highly educated, wickedly talented, overstressed, overworked, overwhelmed, successful-on-the-outside adults with ADHD.

Together with her team of coaches, Casey develops and uses robust coaching models, coaching programs, courses, and intensives to help high achievers with ADHD get out of perpetual overwhelm and put themselves back in charge of their own lives.
