The Performance Powerhouse workgroup offers support, structure, routine, accountability, and connection to help you get things done,
cross items off your to-do list and start to feel less chaotic

Each 3-month session is held 3 times per year:
Spring (February-April), Summer (June-August), and Fall (October-December).

Performance Powerhouse is a group coaching program designed in three parts:
Coaching Workshop

Group coaching workshops provide an opportunity to debrief, learn new skills, implement what you've learned, participate or observe laser coaching sessions, share your weekly intentions, and build accountability.

Virtual Co-Working Meetings

You'll participate in live group co-working meetings that take place daily Monday through Friday throughout the 3-month session.

Online Virtual Community

Stay on track with our private online group specifically for members of Performance Powerhouse to facilitate ongoing communication, connection, accountability, and support with daily check-ins and interactions with our Team Coaches.

When you join Performance Powerhouse Coaching Group, you get access to all three parts – Coaching Workshops, Virtual Co-Working Meetings, and the Online Virtual Community – for the 3-month session.

Because Performance Powerhouse Coaching Group is designed to maximize learning, development, and productivity, you must be able to commit to:

  • Joining live video meetings by Zoom for all Coaching Workshops and Co-Working Meetings (Coaching Workshops and Co-Working Meetings will not be recorded.)
  • Facilitating virtual co-working meetings
  • Engaging with other members and a Team Coach in the private online community
  • Sharing your daily plans and progress made every morning and evening by replying to daily check-ins
  • Being willing to get sh!t done!

MEET YOUR COACHES
Melanie Sobocinski, Ph.D., PCC

Melanie Sobocinski is an ICF-certified PCC and a MentorCoach CMC with an ADHD specialization. She loves working with graduate students and professors with ADHD, helping them build the tools needed to thrive in academia.

Melanie's journey to becoming an ADHD coach began when she found herself in need of coaching support. As a doctoral student, Melanie hired her first coach to help her navigate the dissertation process and was transformed by the coaching experience. Being coached was also an integral part of her journey through the tenure track and after getting bored with that path, Melanie launched a professional organizing business and pursued coaching credentials. During that time, she did her best to hold things together as her undiagnosed ADHD took an ever-bigger toll on her family.

Melanie identifies as a proud member of the ADHD community, parent to an ADHD++ kid, a voracious reader, recovering academic, and certified ImpactParents Sanity School® trainer. She has lived experience as a struggling academic with ADHD, and says that coaching is what helped her and her family thrive, pre- and post-diagnosis.  

Kevin Bailey

Kevin Bailey is a talented ADHD coach with a background in business and corporate consulting. He is a Certified Training Alliance Coach and an active member of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), and has spent the past 10 years vigorously studying the scientific literature of ADHD and its impact on adults throughout their lifetime.

Kevin comes to Dixon Life Coaching with significant experience working in the private sector. Prior to becoming an ADHD coach, Kevin spent 8 years working as a Talent Development Consultant. During this work, he specialized in leadership development, change management, design thinking, and diversity equity & inclusion. Most recently, Kevin was a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist where he designed and facilitated programs to promote understanding and inclusivity among neurodivergent employees. In addition to ADHD coach, Kevin is also a program designer, content creator, and facilitator of life design sessions.
