How long is the Live Well Accelerator program?
The Live Well Accelerator program includes 6 LIVE training workshops. Each workshop is 1 hour long, with the exception of the first one that is 90 minutes long. The Live Well ADHD course consists of 6 modules. Each module includes 5-8 individual lessons, plus one worksheet per lesson. Each video is designed to be a succinct, easy-to-digest lesson about your ADHD and is no longer than 15 minutes. 

How long will I have access to the course?
You will have unlimited lifetime access to Live Well ADHD through your course portal. Should the portal ever be closed for any reason, you will have the opportunity to download the course materials so you can access them directly at any time.

Will I have to wait for any of the materials?
Absolutely not! We know how your brain works. You want (need!) access to everything right away, and that's what you'll get. Once you register, you'll receive an email with login information to our learning portal. In the learning portal, you'll be able to access the entire eCourse (all six modules) immediately. You'll also receive access to the ADI calls and can join the very next one once you've registered.

How is this different than just the Live Well ADHD eCourse alone?
We have designed the Live Well Accelerator program to give you the extra edge you need to accelerate your progress through the Live Well ADHD eCourse and apply the building blocks and foundational knowledge about ADHD so you excel at each step along the way. The live calls are designed to maximize and accelerate your learning, skill-building, and ability to create changes that last.

How is the Accelerator program different from the Accountability Drop-In (ADI) Calls?
These live group calls with the Accelerator program will offer specific instruction that goes deeper into the lessons of the eCourse. They are structured to follow the modules and offer additional teaching to help you break down specific barriers that are getting in your way. In addition, anyone who has signed up for Live Well ADHD can access the ADI calls, but only people who specifically registered for the current session of the Accelerator can join. It's your own personal cohort and community!

What if I just want the Live Well ADHD eCourse?
Not a problem! We offer the 6-module eCourse on its own and you can sign up for that here.
