The Focused Lawyer is a group coaching program for lawyers with ADHD designed in three parts:

 Coaching Workshops 
Your opportunity to learn new skills and implement what you've learned, participate in laser coaching sessions, share your intentions, and build accountability.
 Co-Working 
Co-work with other professionals with ADHD in our collective, daily co-working sessions. Bring your most dreaded tasks!
 Online Community 
Stay connected and on track with our private online community. Benefit from ongoing communication, accountability, and support with daily check-ins and interactions with your coach.
When you join The Focused Lawyer Coaching Group, you get access to all three parts – Coaching Workshops, Virtual Co-Working Meetings, and the Online Virtual Community – for the 3-month session.

Coaching workshops meet Mondays  at 12pm ET/9am PT on the following dates:

March 9, 16, and 23
April 6, 13, and 20
May 4, 11, and 18

Co-working meetings meet daily (Monday-Friday) at 1pm ET/10am PT from
​​​​​​​Monday, March 9 through Friday, May 22

After the Spring 2026 session, The Focused Lawyer will not be offered again until the Fall of 2026.

Meet Your Coaches

Evan Monez, JD

Evan Monez is an attorney-turned-coach who has trained extensively with the ADD Academy (ADDCA) and is skilled in Dixon Life Coaching's unique approach to coaching high achievers with ADHD. After receiving her own life-changing ADHD coaching, Evan shifted her professional role from lawyer to coach to help high achievers with ADHD maximize their unique talents while building the right tools and systems to manage their ADHD at work and in life successfully. 

Abby Gaunt, JD

Abby Gaunt, JD is an attorney-turned-ADHD coach who specializes in lawyers, leaders, and other high achievers with ADHD. As a coach, Abby uses Dixon Life Coaching's unique unique approach help overworked and overwhelmed high achievers with ADHD achieve their goals, streamline their lives, and build more fulfilling futures.

Prior to becoming a coach, Abby spent nearly two decades in law and higher education, focusing on mentoring emerging leaders. She held judicial clerkships in the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, taught legal writing at Tulane Law School, and practiced litigation in New York and New Orleans. She also served as Director of Student Conduct at Tulane University and Dean of Students at Tulane Law School, where she guided students through academic, personal, and professional challenges and was a strategic partner to university leadership in policy development and crisis management.
